The early ‘hot’ tomato red helps age the piece to early 1910 / 20 and the use of the early chemical dyes. 
The field is full of birds, flowers and scarabs throughout. With 4 main borders simple in motifs of flowers, and the paisley design they leave all the attention to the field.
