How We Work
Initial Consultation
Choosing your design and colour
Cad Design and Samples
This can be done in one of our Studio's or in situ at your home. You can tell us all about your project, share images, swatches, samples and discuss the look you are wanting to achieve.
Providing us with visual material will assist with the process of your design.
Once your design has been chosen, we then help you select your colours. We have 1500 colour poms to match your fabrics, paint colours and anything else you are working with.
We then develop a cad design (a visual mock up) of your design, once approved we can provide you with a small sample to ensure you are happy with the quality. Once you give your approval we will place the order with our suppliers in India.
Placing Your Order
We require a 50% deposit upon written confirmation of your order. The remainder to pe paid upon completion of your rug.
Customs and shipping will be added to your final invoice when the design is complete.
Updates and Shipping
Lead times are usually 12 weeks, this will be confirmed at the time we place the order. We will send updates on your order. Your rug will be securely wrapped and with shipped via air freight or ship depending on your choice.
Installation
We will arrange a time suitable for you to install your new rug to ensure it laid correctly and care instructions given. We can also supply and fit underlay for carpet and hard floor including floors with underfloor heating.

We can manufacture entire collections, or one off pieces.
Productions can be produced in hand tufted, loomed, knotted or pile rugs. Wool, silk or mixed.
