Underlay
The right underlay is imperative to ensuring the lifespan of your rug. Here at The Rug Studio we offer advise on the quality of underlay required, whether it be for fitted carpet or hard floor.
We ensure the correct underlay is selected for your room, wether it is in a high traffic area or placed on underfloor heating we will ensure the right quality is selected.
We offer underlay cut to size or by the roll:

Premium Hard Floor Gripper Underlay - Perfect to lay either a handknotted or machine made rugs on hard flooring, its is hardwearing, antibacterial and can be used on floors with underfloor heating. It can be washed and reused and last many years.

120cm width - £25 + vat per running meter
180cm width - £33 + vat per running meter

If you would like one of our team to lay your underlay we charge a flat labour rate of £49 + VAT per person per hour. Please note this is for a prepared space only and does not include moving of furniture.
